Olen vihdoin palannut matkoilta ja pääsen kirjoittamaan yksi toistaan mahtavimmista kokemuksista Italiassa, jossa olin 23.8.-4.9. Kerrottavaa ja näytettävää riittää niin paljon ja niin monille, että matkakertomus tulee useissa osissa ja usealla kielellä. On Sunday I came back from a pilgrimage to Turku. It was the first week-long Catholic pilgrimage in Finland (since the Reformation anyway) as far as I know. It was called Autuaan Hemmingin pyhiinvaellus (Blessed Hemming’s pilgrimage) and it was great, I really recommend you join us next year. Comment on this post or sendJatka lukemista ”Hanko and Turku”

Well it’s time to end the week and end our story too with the events of the last morning, some extra pictures and a bonus section. On Friday morning nothing special happened, we took a shower, took our bags, gave the keys to the Norwegian speaking guy nextdoor, took two buses to the airport, boughtJatka lukemista ”Poland – Puola 8.6. + extra bonus”

The two last full days of our trip, then. On Wednesday morning we got up early to make sure we got tickets to the famous and special papal train in order to go from Cracow to Wadowice (I had had bad queueing experiences there before). To our surprise there was no queue, and printing theJatka lukemista ”Poland – Puola 6.-7.8.”

So we spent the evening at the Dymalski’s getting ready to go to our next destination, Czestochowa, in the morning (the 4th). Our train was at 8 am and just to make more sure we’d make it, Mr.Dymalski offered to drive down to Poznan (about a 20-25 min drive one way) to buy the ticketsJatka lukemista ”Poland – Puola 4.-5.6.”

The moment has come to reveal the next step of our journey…how exciting…here it is: Tczew. Yes, Tczew. On Friday I came back from Poland. I spent a wonderful week there with my friend Jason and all the people we met, friends and strangers. The trip was so full of events that I will divide my story into several parts. This one is about the first day of the trip, Friday the 1stJatka lukemista ”Poland – Puola 1.6.”

On Saturday (March 10th) I returned from my first visit to Lapland. I spent 4 days there on holiday in Rovaniemi and Pyhätunturi (Holy fell:) with 4 fellow Catholic students: Rafal, Piotr, Agnieszka (Poland) and Emily (Minnesota, US).
